These Terms govern your use of UDECISION and its related website, Chrome extension, and services.

UDECISION provides AI-assisted tools for evaluating Upwork opportunities, preparing proposals and client responses, and improving writing. The service does not guarantee interviews, contracts, earnings, or proposal success.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it. Ensure proposals and answers accurately represent your skills, experience, availability, rates, and other claims.

3. Upwork relationship

UDECISION is independent from Upwork. You are responsible for complying with Upwork's terms, policies, application rules, and instructions.

4. AI-generated content

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. Verify important information and use your own judgment before relying on or submitting generated content.

5. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties from abuse or security threats.

6. Credits and payments

If paid credits or subscription features are offered, pricing and purchase terms will be shown before payment. Purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, abuse third-party systems, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, infringe rights, or interfere with the service.

8. Intellectual property

The UDECISION software, branding, interface, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the permissions necessary to operate requested features.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or depend on third-party services.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that AI recommendations will be accurate or that using the service will result in a particular business outcome.
